Zacharoula Valavani was born and raised in Evia/Greece. Her first studies was in Theater at “The New Hellenic Theater of Giorgio’s Armenis”, one of the leading drama schools in Greece. She worked as an actress for many years. 
She is a passionate advocate for mental well-being and a dedicated professional in the field of counselling and positive psychotherapy. She  holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Positive Psychotherapy from UCLan University, and a diploma in counselling from  ICPS college. She is a co-director of the Greek Psychedelic Society.

Her future goals are to keep on seeking the truth out there, keep on learning, keep on understanding deeper truths about existence, and helping other people to understand themselves too. After all, as William James said:
